Job summary

Jobot in Dallas seeks a Senior Project Architect/PM to lead healthcare design initiatives from concept through construction. You will coordinate with subs and vendors, mentor staff, and manage scope, budgets, and contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include design development, specifications, cost estimation, and QA across delivery phases, with strong emphasis on code compliance and collaboration with internal teams and consultants.

Qualifications

• Architectural registration required with current license.
• Experience leading healthcare or government projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Deltek preferred.
• 8–15 years in project architect or PM role.
• Bachelor’s in Architecture; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on projects.
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, professional team environment.
• Define and validate project scope, fees, budgets, and contracts.
• Engage with clients to determine requirements and timelines.
• Maintain clear communication among clients, teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Use Deltek Vision to manage budgets, scopes, fees, and schedules.
• Prepare project presentations and conduct client sessions during design phases.
• Ensure code compliance, construct document accuracy, and QA processes.
• Identify opportunities and support business development with consultants.
