Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide advanced technical support, configuration, integration, and lifecycle maintenance for healthcare applications. You will plan projects, mentor peers, and help develop best practices for deployment and decommissioning.
This role is fully remote with occasional on-site trainings; preferred Epic certification in Resolute Professional/Claims or HB Hospital Billing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
- Or actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with nine years of professional experience.
- Will certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.
- Four years of related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Document workflow changes and design solutions to support business requirements.
- Partner with external vendors for third‑party applications integration and support.
- Resolve incidents and problems according to SLAs and standards.
- Serve as PM for mid‑size projects with multiple teams.
- Develop testing plans to verify system outputs and integrity.
