Job summary

Alameda Health System seeks an experienced Application Support Analyst to implement and support assigned applications from user and technical perspectives. The role includes triage, troubleshooting, end-user training, and coordination with IS and Service Desk staff.

You will analyze requirements, configure systems, and participate in testing for upgrades and new functionality, ensuring smooth operation in a healthcare environment.

• Experience with application testing methods and practices.
• Ability to communicate across IS/Operational Leaders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports assigned applications from user and technical perspectives.
• Provides end-user support and training remotely or onsite.
• Conducts analysis, configuration, and problem resolution for the product.
• Documents issues and resolutions per triage policies and change control.
• Coordinates requests and suggests workflow changes and improvements.
• Supports testing activities for upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.
