Komodo Health is seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager to lead high‑quality analytics projects for healthcare clients. You will drive client satisfaction, manage cross‑functional teams across Data Science, Engineering, and Product, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and the practical use of SQL, Python, or R to deliver data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field.
• Strong project management skills with cross‑functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects, from scoping to delivery.
• Coordinate with Data Science, Engineering and Product teams on goals.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and issues.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to offerings.
