The Joint Commission International seeks a Sr Healthcare Data Analyst to support research and analytics initiatives informing quality improvement, accreditation strategy, and reporting. You will work with senior leaders and researchers to analyze complex healthcare data and prepare manuscripts and memos.

The role requires hands-on data manipulation, statistical programming (R, Python, Stata), SQL, and documenting workflows to ensure reproducibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field with healthcare research experience.
• Advanced proficiency in R, Stata, or Python for reproducible research.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience building and validating analytical data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, clean, merge, and manage healthcare datasets from multiple sources.
• Conduct complex statistical analyses and document analytic workflows.
• Own analytical deliverables for defined research objectives.
• Translate findings into presentations for stakeholders.
