Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics & Insights Associate to leverage advanced analytics and healthcare data to drive strategic decisions and performance improvements. You will work with stakeholders to analyze complex datasets across clinical, utilization, and financial domains, develop metrics, and deliver evidence-based recommendations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, scalable analytics workflows, and data-driven storytelling for client objectives and organizational growth.

Qualificações

5+ years in healthcare analytics, decision support, or related analytical discipline.
Experience analyzing large, disparate healthcare datasets.
Experience developing performance measures, benchmarking methodologies, and reporting solutions.

Responsabilidades

Analyze large, complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Develop, validate performance measures and benchmarking methodologies for quality, operations, and financials.
Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating analytical findings.
Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Execute custom analyses addressing client needs and informing business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and drive organizational objectives.
