• Stage the resuscitation bay each shift — airway, access, meds — so nothing is hunted mid-code.
• Verify patient identity, allergies, and medication reconciliation.
• Prep and verify Vital Signs Monitoring specimens for the lab, labeling at the bedside in front of the patient.
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Healthcare Administrator, sign-for-sign, before any transfusion.
• Close the loop on every order — placed, acknowledged, completed, charted.
