Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of health and welfare consulting experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance license required; GBA or CEBS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage with carriers and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; act as subject matter expert on Health & Welfare benefits.
• Oversee client strategy and deliverables; supervise junior team members as needed.
• Oversee open enrollment and review employee presentations and communications.
