NFP, an Aon company, seeks a seasoned Health and Welfare Benefits Consultant in Charlotte, NC to design, implement, and lead employer-sponsored programs while advising clients on strategic options and financial implications. You will negotiate with carriers, manage project plans, and maintain client relationships as a subject matter expert on benefits.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, or finance and 8+ years in health and welfare consulting; Life, Accident and Health

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, finance or related field preferred.
• 8+ years health and welfare consulting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, implementing and leading employer sponsored benefits program
• Exploring strategic alternatives and providing strategic guidance
• Negotiating terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers
• Developing and maintaining client relationships as subject matter expert on Health & Welfare benefits
• Overseeing open enrollment and client communications
• Supervising junior team members and guiding their development
• Entering client data into CRM (Salesforce) timely
