NFP is seeking a Senior Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to clients and carriers, researching and evaluating health and welfare benefit plans while serving as the primary point of contact. The role may involve overseeing junior staff and guiding project delivery, with oversight from a supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of health and welfare consulting experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and an active Life, Accident and Health Insurance license (CEBS/GBA a plus).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years health and welfare consulting experience.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.
• GBA or CEBS certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Craft, implement and manage all aspects of an employer-sponsored benefits program.
• Develop client strategic plans and defined deliverables.
• Negotiate terms, coverage, pricing with carriers and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and act as SME on Health & Welfare benefits.
• Lead open enrollment and develop client presentations and communications.
