• Bachelor's or graduate degree in health sciences or related field, from an accredited program. Transcript required showing degree conferred.
• Knowledge of scientific research principles, study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• One full year of specialized experience at GS-12 level related to health science research, including planning, conducting, and evaluating complex projects.
• Experience in independent funding development, applying advanced laboratory techniques, coordinating lab operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
