Peraton is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst to join our Health, State and Local Sector. This role targets strategy-oriented professionals with experience at leading firms and a strong healthcare/public-sector understanding.

The analyst will work with Peraton and government clients to address complex business challenges, develop actionable strategies, and support execution of transformational programs. Mentorship and cross-disciplinary collaboration are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant professional experience in strategy/management consulting.
• Experience at a leading firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives for Health, State and Local clients.
• Structure complex client problems into actionable workstreams, hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop executive-level presentations, strategy documents, and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and communication.
• Support proposals, white papers, and new business development within Peraton's health and public-sector portfolio.
