Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• Typically 15+ years of experience.
• Healthcare project experience preferred.
• Architectural registration required.

Responsibilities

• Leads team and other Project Architects in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems.
• Defines project work plans and manages the production schedule, including effectively defining and meeting deadlines.
• Oversees consultant team work sessions and coordinates with PM, clients, public agencies, consultants and contractors to obtain approvals, negotiations and scope adjustments.
