• People leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for operationalizing product needs across legislative, compliance, and domain-driven initiatives.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to align objectives, influence strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate product strategy into execution plans with priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional execution and ensure successful implementation of product strategies.
• Analyze market, portfolio, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Drive change management and adoption of product, system, and enterprise initiatives.
