Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• People leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for operationalizing product needs including legislative, compliance, and market-driven initiatives.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to align business objectives, influence strategic direction, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate product strategy into execution plans, managing priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive execution of product strategies by aligning cross-functional teams, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful implementation.
• Analyze market, portfolio, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Drive change management and adoption of product, system, and enterprise initiatives with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
