Job summary

Egon Zehnder in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Research team serving North America. You will guide internal client teams on Executive Search, Board and Advisory projects, oversee market and candidate research, and produce high-quality deliverables for multiple clients.

You will work with consultants and Experts, contribute to knowledge management, and help with business development and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience (post-undergrad).
• Experience in market research, qualitative research, or professional services/consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead Analyst for multiple client projects in collaboration with Consultants and Experts.
• Guide project teams through search processes to drive strategy and client materials with quality and speed.
• Identify, calibrate and prioritize candidates through rigorous research and internal/external resources.
• Collaborate across Firm offerings to deepen understanding of solutions for client needs.
• Produce high-quality client documentation such as candidate profiles and search strategies.
