Job summary

University of New Hampshire seeks an Internal Candidate to manage applied research projects within the Institute for Health Policy and Practice. You will oversee deliverables, facilitate conversations among teams and contracted resources, and ensure alignment with sponsor expectations.

The role requires a strong focus on diversity and equity, with duties including client-facing communication, data analysis, and dissemination of findings through reports and peer‑reviewed publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in medical, behavioral or public health, health care, or health services.
• Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience are also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in management and project team meetings to ensure work plans stay on schedule.
• Maintain an overall IHPP project plan and provide updates to IHPP, external partners, and funders.
• Identify business needs for the project and develop procedures to support project goals.
• Document results in reports and publications, and prepare professional reports for publication.
• Train new project staff and support report and publication development as needed.
