UMass Amherst seeks a Research Fellow/Research Manager to support design, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of federally funded projects. The role spans recruitment, data collection, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and stakeholder engagement across health equity and justice-involved populations.

You will work under the PI to ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, and high-quality outputs, including reports and manuscripts, with a hybrid Amherst-based schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience managing complex research projects.
• Experience implementing quantitative and qualitative methods and data collection.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of human subjects research requirements and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and research software including REDCap.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis software (Dedoose, Atlas.ti, STATA, SAS).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across MA.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with study investigators and partners to support research design and evaluation.
• Coordinate research team members and activities across projects.
• Recruit and retain participants and conduct qualitative/quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sponsor reporting requirements.
• Develop research reports, presentations, abstracts, and manuscripts.
• Manage multiple research activities with competing timelines.
• Support dissemination of research findings to stakeholders.
