Qualifications

• At least six years of progressive policy/research/data analysis experience at international, federal, regional, or state levels.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of health policy projects with timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Provide subject-matter leadership in health care transformation policy areas at state and federal levels.
• Collaborate with government agencies, foundations, and stakeholders to develop policy deliverables.
• Write white papers, policy memos, and peer-reviewed outputs; disseminate findings to diverse audiences.
• Develop strategic plans for research initiatives and oversee project execution.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and project scope; ensure adherence to Duke policies.
