Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a health-related research field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in public health or healthcare.
• Experience in observational research and data analysis using computers/databases.
• Biostatistics experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contributes data analysis support to ongoing hospital quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepares study reports, graphs, and disease-specific scorecards and disseminates results.
• Performs critical analyses of outcomes, methods, and processes from primary and secondary sources.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies as needed.
• Conducts computer-based searches to support evaluation and quality initiatives.
• Designs studies for evaluating specific healthcare interventions.
• Manipulates and refines large databases for analysis-ready information.
• Supports grant preparation with data and proposal assistance.
• Assists in developing databases and scorecards for quality initiatives.
• Assists in evaluation plan development to assess efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
