Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking Membership Consultants to expand access to senior care through community outreach, events, and partnerships. You will blend direct-to-consumer and business-to-business activities to enroll new patients and raise awareness of ArchWell Health's senior-focused services.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales or community relations experience; a HS diploma is required and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales or Community Relations experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with health plans, brokers, or providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives new patient enrollment through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community relationships.
• Meets seniors and groups in homes, senior centers, and community venues to evangelize ArchWell Health.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes local events to reach target patients.
• Cultivates relationships with health plan agents, brokers, and related community providers.
• Leverages Salesforce to identify, cultivate, and document sales interactions.
• Travel is very limited outside the local market (under 10%).
