Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to develop and maintain integrated solutions across clinical and business operations. The role focuses on interoperability between Epic Bridges, Corepoint, and GoAnywhere MFT, supporting laboratory, radiology, billing, immunization registry, pharmacy, and health plan interfaces.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in health care environment preferred.
• 5+ years developing, maintaining, troubleshooting interface builds (Corepoint preferred).
• 5+ years Epic Bridges interfaces experience.
• Epic certification within 6 months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design system specifications.
• Modify system build; data mapping; establish interfaces.
• Develop and modify code, functions, programs, routines.
• Resolve and escalate integration issues.
• Consult with application teams and vendors on integration approaches.
• Design and evaluate new data interchange formats.
• Document data policy, standards, and procedures.
