Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a health information management or coding management position.
• Certification: CCS, CIC, or CCS-P coding certification for AHIMA or AAPC.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare coding, revenue cycle operations, and related policies.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills across departments for problem solving and achieving targets.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and process improvement initiatives across HIMS locations.
• Drive implementation of organizational best practices to achieve optimal performance.
