Job summary

Virgo Health US seeks a Senior Vice President to lead client accounts in healthcare education, drive strategic growth, and mentor teams. The SVP oversees budgets, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with scientific, editorial, and creative leads to deliver high-impact programs.

As a health education management leader, you will shape long-term plans, represent Virgo externally, build senior client relationships, and ensure programs meet client objectives on time.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior account management or account director experience in a medical education agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets.
• Strong client relationship and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with cross-disciplinary teams (scientific, editorial, creative).

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated accounts and direct account team activity.
• Set client targets and monitor progress toward them.
• Ensure profitability and manage team budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build strong relationships with inter-agency departments.
