EY-Parthenon’s Deal Management – Health team is seeking a Senior Associate/Consultant to support and execute operational projects across transactions. You will assist with pre-deal and post-deal engagements, translating complex data into actionable insights while working with clients to shape their strategies.

The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to travel as needed, within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with related work experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt to new challenges quickly.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; build long-lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
