Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field with relevant specialization.
• 3+ years applying quantitative methods to large datasets.
• Strong foundation in causal inference and study design.
• 3+ years manipulating data with Python/R/SAS or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute outcomes studies to evaluate clinical programs.
• Apply causal inference, epidemiologic, and statistical methods.
• Analyze medical, pharmacy, enrollment and operational data to find drivers.
• Translate questions into defined analytical plans and study designs.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Create analytical reports and executive readouts for various audiences.
• Explain methodologies and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Choose appropriate analytical approaches in complex situations.
• Manage multiple priorities with rigorous methodology.
