Job summary

PrimeWest Health is seeking a Senior Health Care Integration Analyst/Developer to lead design and implementation of data exchange and interoperability solutions. You'll guide partner integrations, architect secure and maintainable systems for clinical, payer, and administrative data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field; equivalent experience allowed.
• Experience with SQL, reporting, automation, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Business IT & Claims Administration in the listed duties.
• EDI Development/Support.
• FHIR and Health Care Interoperability.
• CMS Interoperability and Service Authorization Readiness.
• Technical Leadership and Operational Support.
• Expertise in healthcare data exchange standards: HIPAA X12, HL7, FHIR, APIs, and EDI.
• Experience with integration development, ETL, data validation, production support, and secure data transfer.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and data governance in healthcare.
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, QA, and release management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage approved AI tools to improve efficiency.
