Job summary

CommunityCare is seeking a Senior Health Data Analyst to provide analytical support for Executives and all departments, including pricing, capitation, network, and provider reporting. You will program customer-based specifications, produce statistics, reports, and presentations, and generate written reports with recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with SAS or SQL; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Concurrently conduct multiple major analytical projects and produce written reports.
• Perform review and quality assurance of projects assigned to other analysts.
• Develop reports and ad-hoc analyses based on specifications; automate such reports.
• Create presentations of data analyses with conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor other analysts and assist in training and development as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
