Guidehouse in the United States is seeking a senior leader to build and lead a Cloud and AI FinOps and Technology Value Optimization capability for healthcare provider clients. The role carries portfolio delivery accountability, revenue responsibility, and path to Partner-track leadership.

The candidate will oversee multi‑client engagements, rationalize cloud and AI workloads, and shape the methodologies that make the capability repeatable across health systems and academic medical centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SEVEN (7)+ years of overall work experience.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
• Experience in technology consulting, cloud and technology financial management, or technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Client and Portfolio Leadership: hold delivery and commercial accountability for a portfolio of concurrent cloud and AI FinOps engagements and related governance.
• Cloud and AI FinOps Lead: establish durable FinOps capabilities for cloud and AI workloads, design cost management and value realization.
• Change Enablement and Adoption: drive organizational change management workstreams attached to cloud and AI programs.
