Job summary

Milliman, Inc. seeks an experienced Actuarial professional for its Tampa Health Practice. The role focuses on health and pharmaceutical analytics, including market access, drug pricing, contracting, and formulary modeling.

You will advise top-tier clients including health plans, PBMs, and manufacturers. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of health actuarial experience with pharmacy focus, ASA/MAAA credentials, and strong modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of health actuarial experience, with at least 4 years on pharmacy benefits, drug pricing, or PBM economics.
• ASA or MA AA credential in good standing is required.
• Strong modeling and analytics skills with familiarity with large claims databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy economic modeling to evaluate pricing and contracting strategies.
• Design and implement claims analyses using Milliman's claim databases to address client questions.
• Manage client communications, coordinate analysts, and contribute to proposals and business development.
• Serve as SME translating pharmacy data into actionable business strategies and regulatory filings.
