Job summary

Hybrid opportunities are available for leadership roles based in the Southwestern US, with remote flexibility for certain senior individual contributor roles.

Qualifications

• ASA or FSA designation preferred.
• Experience in pricing, reserving, forecasting, risk adjustment or medical economics.
• Previous actuarial consulting experience highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• People management and mentoring experience advantageous for leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Join an established insurer to develop and lead the actuarial function.
• Influence strategic decisions and shape long-term direction of the actuarial team.
• Partner with executive leadership, including CFO and CEO, to drive business outcomes.
