Skills & Requirements

• FSA or ASA with 15+ years of progressive health actuarial and healthcare finance experience.
• Expertise in Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid, and or value‑based care financial strategies.
• Strong background in forecasting, financial planning, pricing, reserving, and enterprise performance management.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic initiatives, risk management, and business growth.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, or similar healthcare analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
