Job summary

Qualifications

• Must organize and supervise a total sports or activity program.
• Must have successful coaching/sponsor experience in assigned sport/activity.
• Must have substantial knowledge of technical aspects of the sport/activity and stay updated on new theories/procedures.
• Must serve as a positive role model through instructions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the athletic/activity program and supervise staff of coaches and middle school coaches.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and state/league regulations; interpret them for staff.
• Schedule, coordinate transportation, events, and facility use; maintain required documentation.
