Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 7+ years in healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical marketing, speaker bureau, thought leader engagement, content development, or agency roles.
• Experience developing promotional, disease education, or peer-to-peer content in regulated environments.
• Experience managing agency partners, content review processes, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Preferred: Rare disease, nephrology, immunology, specialty medicine, or launch experience; speaker bureau or KOL engagement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day development of peer-to-peer educational content for US Kidney franchise, with initial AMKD emphasis.
• Support development of speaker decks, training materials, discussion guides, FAQs, and field resources.
• Partner with agency teams to manage content timelines, drafts, revisions, and version control.
• Ensure content aligns with strategic narrative, educational objectives, and franchise priorities.
• Support preparation of materials for internal review, including references and supporting documentation.
