You will partner with Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Finance, Market Access, Medical, and regional teams to deliver rigorous models that inform portfolio planning and launch readiness.

The role requires ramping quickly into a dynamic portfolio and delivering high-quality analyses under tight timelines in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across forecasting methodologies and approaches.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and connect inputs into strategic implications.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with forecasting, analytics, and portfolio planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of forecasting models for Kidney portfolio.
• Support long-range and near-term operational forecasting.
• Own forecast frameworks, assumptions, and data inputs.
• Translate clinical developments and market events into forecast scenarios.
• Deliver forecast outputs with clear drivers, risks, and uncertainties.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, HEOR, and regional teams on key assumptions.
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Maintain understanding of kidney market dynamics and treatment paradigms.
• Support market opportunity analyses and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure KPIs derivable from models and understandable.
