Bavarian Nordic in the United States is seeking a Senior HCP Manager, JYNNEOS/US Marketing to own the HCP strategy and lead integrated programs from design through execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma commercial roles with experience leading US HCP marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations; familiarity with MRL/MRL review.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual JYNNEOS HCP marketing strategy and define journey, KPIs, goals, and budget.
• Refine HCP segmentation and targeting using data to personalize channel engagement.
• Design and execute omnichannel programs across personal, non-personal, and digital channels.
• Lead Medical, Regulatory, and Legal promotional review and ensure compliant, on-brand materials.
• Define and monitor KPIs; translate data into recommendations to optimize content and channel mix.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Commercial Ops, Medical Affairs, and Market Access; represent US HCP marketing in global forums.
• Manage external agencies and budgets, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
