Job summary

Workday is seeking experienced Solution Consultants with Human Capital Management expertise to join our Net New, Diversified Industries team focused on prospects in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Utilities, & Energy. You will demonstrate the value of Workday's SaaS HCM applications through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, paired with HR expertise and product knowledge.

Qualifications

3+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise.
3+ years of business experience with cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG, Dayforce).
3+ years in a solution consultant, sales consulting, and/or implementation role.
2+ years direct experience Payroll, HR and WFM.

Responsibilities

Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
Build detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/systems.
Assist in closing sales by addressing questions about our solution, services, and training.
Contribute to qualification of prospects, demonstration criteria, and proof of concept builds.
Support all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
Assist sales in RFIs responses.
Participate in discovery sessions to understand pain points and ideal future state.
Utilize in-depth ERP-product knowledge.
Travel up to 50%.
