Connect Centric, LLC. seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive enterprise HCM initiatives focused on UKG and Workday. You will oversee multiple workstreams, align implementation plans, governance, and operational readiness across programs.

The role requires deep experience in HRIS/HCM project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and a track record of successful large-scale deployments. This is a hybrid role with potential remote consideration for exceptional candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 8+ years of program management or delivery experience in enterprise HCM.
• Experience leading UKG and Workday initiatives with integration coordination.
