Job summary

Workday is seeking a Sr. Functional Consultant to ensure successful implementation of Workday product solutions and to provide implementation expertise to clients.

You will configure and test Workday solutions to meet business requirements and demonstrate strong communication with stakeholders. The role requires deep knowledge of HCM Reporting & Analytics, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and related tools, with experience in professional services and enablement for enterprise cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications
• Experience with BI tools and SQL data manipulation
