Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services to lead client solutions in healthcare IT across the US. You will attend required training, apply learning to real projects, and deliver value-driven engagements to clients, while building strong internal and external relationships.

You will manage, present, and collaborate with teams, ensure adherence to policies, and travel up to 50% as needed. Candidates should have 8+ years of related experience, HCIT consulting, and prior leadership

Qualifications

• At least 8 years total related work experience and completed higher education.
• At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
• At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
• At least 2 years people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
• Federal Consulting knowledge
• Behavioral Health or other Clinical solution knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead presentations to demonstrate skills learned and communicate with clients.
• Communicate, collaborate and assist in designing, localizing or supporting client solutions and services.
• Develop value-driven working relationships with internal and external clients.
