Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services in the United States to lead and participate in training, develop and apply skills through experiential learning, and present outcomes to clients. You will design and support client solutions, collaborate with teams, and foster relationships with clients while adhering to policy requirements.

The role requires extensive HCIT consulting experience and demonstrated leadership across projects, with willingness to travel as needed and to work flexible

Qualifications

• At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
• At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
• At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
• At least 2 years people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
• Federal Consulting knowledge
• Behavioral Health or other Clinical solution knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in required training courses.
• Lead presentations to demonstrate skills learned.
• Communicate, collaborate and assist in designing, localizing or supporting client solutions and services.
• Develop value-driven working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Follow Oracle Cerner and client site policies and procedures.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
