Job summary

Micron Technology is looking for a Senior Design Verification Engineer in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you will evaluate full-chip and block-level designs, develop verification plans, and enhance test environments for High Bandwidth Memory solutions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of relevant experience, strong understanding of CMOS fundamentals, and proficiency in SystemVerilog. Leadership and mentoring of junior engineers will be part of your responsibilities, along with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with mixed-signal and/or digital verification methodologies.
• Solid understanding of CMOS circuit design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, including assertions (SVA).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate full-chip and block-level HBM and DRAM circuit designs.
• Develop verification plans from functional specifications.
• Create and maintain verification environments, testbenches, and regressions.
• Increase functional coverage across DRAM architectures.
