The ideal candidate has 3+ years in regulated logistics and strong communication across teams, carriers, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on logistics experience in regulated environments.
• Direct hazmat logistics/shipping experience with proper documentation.
• Valid or recently expired DOT/IATA/49 CFR hazmat training/certification.
• Ability to manage domestic and international shipments from origin to delivery.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipping activities at the Plano site with hands-on support.
• Prepare and coordinate hazardous materials shipments, including radioactive when applicable.
• Determine hazmat classification/category for shipments under applicable regulations.
• Prepare and review Dangerous Goods Declarations and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate and book hazmat/radioactive shipments with carriers.
• Manage shipments from origin to final delivery by air and ground.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and communicate with partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Support inventory management and collaborate with Warehouse and Operations.
