Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and legal handling of dangerous goods/hazardous materials including proper separation, palletizing, and loading.
• Prepare and review dangerous goods paperwork and distribute to necessary parties.
• Monitor and inspect packages for potentially dangerous goods and open with approval when safe to do so.
• Maintain dangerous goods files, manifests, and related records.
• Provide clerical support and data entry to station operations.
• Serve as frontline customer service for inquiries and issue resolution.
