Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Senior Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor for our Casa Grande, AZ facility. The role oversees fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning/repackaging and hazardous waste solids consolidation, collaborating with the Plant Manager to optimize safety, compliance, and throughput.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in hazardous fuels operations, strong leadership, OSHA Hazwoper and DOT training, and a track record of practical process improvements in a regulated

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and report to senior management.
• 5-10+ years’ experience in hazardous fuels operations industry.
• Experience importing/exporting hazardous fuels waste between Mexico and the United States.
• Proven managerial experience with leadership and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Skills in rail transportation, planning, warehousing and rail logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hazardous waste operations ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure all areas meet quality and regulatory standards; work with EH S for safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels of hazardous waste materials and coordinate with rail operators.
• Foster relationships with downstream kilns, rail operators and regulatory agencies.
• Analyze industry trends and identify areas for optimization; participate in emergency response.
