Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Field Services Technician in the United States to perform the clean-up of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste. You will work hands-on, enter confined spaces, and operate equipment such as pressure washers, forklifts, and vacuum systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ travel eligibility, and a valid driver's license. Expect up to 30% travel, weather exposure, and safety-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older due to interstate travel in a commercial vehicle and federal regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Possess 40 HR HAZWOP certification, preferred. Training provided if not obtained.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including overnight travel with ample advanced notice.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Walk, stand, sit, and climb in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle and package Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials.
• Utilize pressure washer, hydro blast equipment, forklift, and specialty vacuum equipment.
• Complete critical path documentation, including manifests and job summaries.
• Communicate with the Project Manager and on-site customers.
• Perform work in confined space entries and utilize mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools, and hand tools.
• Adhere to requirements of Company policies and procedures, OSHA, and all local, state, and federal laws.
