Job summary

Rhoda AI is seeking a Senior TPM for Industrial Programs in Mountain View, CA to own operational readiness and rollout for hardware delivery and customer shipments. You’ll coordinate suppliers, plan unit ramps across prototype to production, and drive scale-up execution while tracking yield and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical or operations program management or supply chain leadership.
• Experience managing hardware ramp programs from prototype to production, ideally in robotics or related fields.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Proven ability to manage certification/compliance schedules (CE, UL, FCC, or equivalent).
• Track record coordinating multi-party supplier relationships under tight production timelines.
• Data-driven communication skills; ability to present production metrics to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and process rollout to support hardware delivery and customer shipment commitments.
• Manage supplier coordination and unit ramp planning across prototype, pilot, and production phases.
• Own scale-up execution from initial builds through high-volume production, tracking yield and quality targets.
• Drive certification and compliance processes, sequencing regulatory approvals to avoid bottlenecks.
• Coordinate handoffs between prototype validation and commercial launch, ensuring quality and readiness.
• Build and maintain supplier scorecards, PRR, and manufacturing milestone plans.
• Partner with engineering and operations to identify and mitigate supply chain risk and factory capacity constraints.
• Define process controls and documentation for repeatable, scalable production output.
