Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution across a portfolio of warhead‑development programs. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware‑development program leadership across lifecycle stages.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs and stakeholder groups in fast‑moving R&D.
• Working knowledge of hardware development timelines and risk identification.
• Ability to align technical requirements, schedules, risks, and deliverables across teams without direct authority.
• Evidence of bringing structure to ambiguous programs, driving decisions to closure.
• Ability to communicate technical and program information clearly through updates, plans, reviews.
• Experience preparing engineering or program documentation, project schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ability to travel for program reviews, testing, and meetings up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution across multiple warhead‑development efforts from concept through testing and production transition.
• Build and maintain integrated plans connecting scope, schedules, requirements, resources, costs, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Serve as the primary interface between Energetics Team and Anduril vehicle teams, aligning deliverables and timing.
• Track requirements across teams, identify gaps, and drive owners to timely resolution.
• Translate evolving technical work into priorities, milestones, and commitments for stakeholders.
• Anticipate hardware development constraints and incorporate them into realistic schedules.
• Keep prototypes and risk‑reduction testing aligned with program questions and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, Product, Test & Evaluation, Safety, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Production to resolve dependencies.
• Surface risks early and frame options to drive decisions before delivery failures.
• Create program communications, engineering docs, schedules, cost estimates, risk summaries, and decision records.
• Lead post‑test reviews translating lessons into actionable improvements.
• Mentor less‑experienced program leaders as the Energetics portfolio grows.
