Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager in Central Product Operations to bridge AI strategy with hardware development and supply chain execution. You will drive cross-organizational programs, translating goals into measurable outcomes and integrating AI-driven workflows to boost efficiency and scale.

Work with engineering and product teams to deliver next-generation AI hardware while aligning procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management to launch hardware New Product Introduction processes for electronics (PCBA, servers, racks, L6, L10, and L11 manufacturing).
• 5 years of experience in end to end supply chain, material management, planning, and supply chain design.
• 5 years of experience in managing build and operations with contract manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Advocate AI-driven tools for predictive analytics to improve on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional programs with roadmaps, OKRs, and milestones.
• Identify supply chain friction points and design scalable AI-assisted workflows.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to mobilize resources and align key decisions.
• Mentor program managers and promote an AI-first culture.
