Job summary

Waabi, a leader in Physical AI, seeks a systems engineering professional to decompose product guidance into use cases, define architectures for hardware development, and collaborate with domain engineers across the product lifecycle. You will author artifacts, unblock teams, and validate designs using data-driven methods.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in systems engineering for complex hardware/software and familiarity with safety standards; experience with MBSE tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience or equivalent with total 8 years related experience
• Experience in design, implementation, and test of complex systems with hardware and software components in aerospace/autonomous systems/large-scale computing
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards such as ISO 26262 is a plus
• Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Decompose product guidance into use cases and functional requirements
• Define architectures and requirements sets for system-level areas in Hardware Development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product guidance into design across the lifecycle
• Author and maintain systems engineering artifacts to accelerate Hardware Development
• Unblock multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality hardware
• Use data and engineering experience to validate work products
• Promote collaboration and learning across groups
